PoC FAQs
Scope, data requirements and success measures are agreed before delivery begins.
What is included in the £9,750 price?
The starting package covers three expert consultations, one agreed use case, a working PoC tested against agreed KPIs, a final demonstration and an implementation roadmap. VAT is additional and the final scope is confirmed in the proposal.
Is the PoC a production-ready system?
No. It is a focused demonstration and test of one use case. Production deployment, integrations, security hardening and ongoing support are scoped separately.
When does the 15-working-day period begin?
Once the scope is approved and the required data, system access and technical information have been provided.
What information must we provide?
Requirements depend on the use case. During scoping, we identify the data samples, technical details, access and permissions needed to test the agreed KPIs.
Can IRIS work under an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality requirements can be agreed before sensitive information is shared.
Who owns the PoC and intellectual property?
You retain ownership of your business data, confidential information and the bespoke PoC deliverables created specifically for you. IRIS retains ownership of its pre-existing software, AI models, frameworks, tools and technical know-how. Where these are used, you receive the agreed rights needed to use the PoC. All ownership, licensing and commercialisation rights are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Can IRIS integrate with existing systems?
Yes, where technically appropriate. Integration requirements and costs are assessed as part of the PoC scope or a subsequent full implementation proposal.
