ORION-X
ORION-X is an Innovate UK project developing a secure, sovereign and deployable multi-agent AI architecture for enterprise and critical industrial environments. Building on ORION Phase 1 (£100,000 funding by Innovate UK), the project advances coordinated AI agents, multimodal intelligence, verification, governance and controlled deployment.

ORION-X is designed to move beyond proof-of-concept development and towards operational deployment, commercial readiness and scalable adoption. The project will strengthen the platform, validate it in real-world environments and prepare repeatable deployment models for UK enterprise and industrial customers.
UK industrial deployment
Validate ORION-X in operational enterprise and industrial environments and support progression towards commercial customer deployments.
Commercial readiness
Develop repeatable platform modules, deployment templates, demonstrators and customer-facing evidence to support pilot-to-deployment conversion.
Phase 3 scale-up
Build the foundation for follow-on scale-up, progressing towards TRL 8–9, product hardening, recurring revenue and broader customer adoption.
UK & global markets
Establish initial UK adoption before extending commercial deployment into Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other international markets.
